'notes' from mobile - FMP

I took screenshots of my notes in which I wrote what I ate and so on, it says the date on each one which is quite interesting, so all the screenshots are within about a 12 month period.

It makes me feel annoyed at how little I ate this time last year, I think I will start doing this again for record.

I got Catrina to paint around my hands while I was touching parts of my body - this is to give the impression of me feeling for changes and hoping I've lost wait so much that it's left prints on my body. It didn't work out the way it should have but the images are OK. This is just experimentation so I'm not too worried about it. I really darkened the images on photoshop to help the hand prints stand out more and to add more shadowing to the photographs.

This one slightly looks like a scan as you can only see the parts of my body that are closest to the camera.

I've always wanted to do something like this, and I have finally got round to doing it. At the time I couldn't think what images to use and the first one that popped into my head was smoke, which then made me think of fire and then water. Using my nude body as a canvas was really fun as it gave the projected images a 3D form of my body, some of them work very well and really give amazing impressions.

This one fits in very well with the pose, i had to mess around quite a lot on photoshop because the body was hardly visible and you could only see the fire - which would be pointless. It really looks lie I'm burning up.

This is a really good image for projection, water in general works really well and creates interesting effects on the skin!! This is the bottom of a pool. Impression of being underwater?

The water images work very well, the ripples in the water look see through and makes her face look camouflaged

A trio of unfortunate events

Double exposure using photoshop - images of both figure and landscape. I could create this on film camera I just need to get some batteries as it's been on for like 4 months.

Extending specialist techniques

Exciting day today, me Shannon and Tegan went over to the old mill house which has been abandoned for years to take some photos. However most of my photo's from there turned out grainy or blurry so I was quite disappointed. After that, we came to my house and I took some more photo's of Shannon to make up for the bad quality photos from before and got some good shots.

Today I have realised some important things about going out and doing photoshoots of people. Not everybody is made for modelling and I think it's quite hard to find someone who acts very natural in photos and has a lot of confidence. I kind of struggled as I had to tell Shannon exactly what to do with her arms, legs and face all the time. My photo shoot also didn't quite work out as I brought my own clothes for her to wear but because she is really tall it didn't have the same effect I was hoping for as they didn't fit her.

But in general I think I made the best out of the situation and some of the ideas I had worked well.
