'How to deal with anxiety'

I'm usually strong, I can adapt, get through things. But this is the worst I've felt so far. I haven't even started university yet and I want to go home. I feel like I have took my friends and family for granted, i need them more than anything right now - but I am alone.
All I want to do is sleep all day and not get out of bed, it's such a struggle even going for a cigarette or to the shop, my heart beats too fast and I feel sick all the time.
All I need is someone to talk to and tell me it'll be ok....

interesting people

It's weird meeting people at halls, I don't remember any of their names but I remember where they are from. It's crazy how different peoples faces are depending on where they are from. It makes them all so unique and interesting to look at, so I photographed them.

a few shots from stupid summer

Been doing nothing creative since college apart from reading and thinking. Been thinking a lot actually and I think it's doing really good things to me.

Although one night, after a lil too much wine, I did get my camera out...

Those being the only 3 shots I took, I was pleasantly surprised, sleepovers in the real world look like this not like the stupid stereotype that girls get half naked and have pillow fights. it's literally this

This was the only other photo I took this summer that I like.
It was taken last week in bulgaria when after a shower my mum was moisturising. She has no idea I took this.

FINAL FINAL PAPERMAKING.

Soooooooooo sooooo happy that everything is done and it all eventually ended up looking reasonable! Having struggled so much with making the 3D pieces out of paper and having to change mannequins and make a cast of my bum I FINALLY DID IT

In the photograph the prints actually look a lot better than the paper shoes but in the exhibition I will exhibit the actual shoes as a 3D piece all together.

Surface Pattern - Bridget Riley

Bridget Riley isn't a surface pattern artist, she is an Optical Illusion artist but OP art has been highly reproduced in the fashion industries as pattern so it fits in well. I just love the way when you first look at it you're like aw well thats a big load of nothing but the way Bridget riley lines it all up it makes your brain go nuts if you stare at it for too long. It just has incredible effects of me personally and I think this works very well as a surface pattern, it can be anything and anywhere - t-shirts, mugs, ties wallpaper. But people are scared of it it makes their vision do uncontrollable things and people don't like being out of control and that's why its sooooo interesting how something SO simple can do SO much. Also it looks very easy but the amount of planning that goes into it must be incredible - how is she going to know it will affect vision from the start?
